This song needs to introduction and even after more than 15 years this track still does exactly what is suppose to do. Written by Noel Gallagher, he told NME in 1996 it was about his girlfriend at the time Meg Matthews. However, after getting a divorce in 2001, he went on to say that it was "about an imaginary friend who's gonna come and save you from yourself." Which we completely buy!! Although the meaning of the song may have changed over the years, the impact it had on us will not!
